Terrorist Defender.
MOE DAVIS’ RECORD SHOWS HE’S NO PATRIOT. HIS ACTIONS AGAINST AMERICA MAKE HIM UNFIT TO SERVE.
Moe Davis has sided with foreign enemies over his own country numerous times because he was embarrassed for his failures as the Chief Prosecutor in the War of Terror. For example:
Moe agreed to testify in defense of one of Osama Bin Laden’s bodyguards.
Bin Laden’s driver called Moe as a witness to have the charges against him dropped.
Moe’s testimony helped the terrorist get a lighter sentence.
Moe Davis even testified on behalf of a terrorist who murdered an American soldier.
Moe resigned as Chief Prosecutor when the Pentagon wanted another official to supervise his work.
Once Moe realized he could cash in on his criticisms, he earned money by traveling to schools to attack the U.S. government’s war on terror.
In 2008, the military assistant to the Pentagon's general counsel's office, Col. Kelly Wheaton, told Davis in an e-mail that he was denied the Defense Meritorious Service Medal because his service "has not been honorable."
"I wrote in my recommendation for disapproval that you quit your position when you were needed because you did not want to be supervised by a superior officer with whom you had a difference of opinion," Wheaton told Davis in an e-mail he shared with CNN. "I believe that this conduct was putting self above service."
Moe Davis is also in favor of banning assault rifles.
He isn't as committed to protecting the 2nd Amendment rights of people in WNC as he is protecting terrorists.
Moe wants to take away your guns, but give terrorists their freedom.
